Advent Sleepout Challenge

Several members took part in the Advent Sleepout Challenge
To raise money and awareness of the homelessness that impacts so many people, several members of our Senior and Company Sections joined with members of Girls' Brigade to sleepout on one of the cooler Saturday evenings of the year.
"The Advent Sleepout Challenge is a national, sponsored event to help homeless people in England transform their lives and communities through the work of the Together Network."
Arming themselves with as many layers as possible for bedtime, as well as sleeping bags, blankets etc, the sleepout helped to experience some of the discomfort that too many people have to experience every night as they have no place to call home
Well done to all the boys who took part and raise sponsor money for the cause.
